Tech Lead IA (H/F)

The job
As part of the development of solutions based on generative Artificial Intelligence, we are looking for an AI Tech Lead (M/F) able to work on development, architecture and key technical decisions.
You will act as the technical point of reference on AI topics and support teams in designing, industrializing and deploying robust, secure and high-performing solutions.

Your responsibilities
In particular, you will:

  • Design and evolve generative AI architectures

  • Develop solutions and components in Python

  • Work in application environments that also include Java or .NET technologies

  • Design and implement RAG architectures

  • Work on embeddings and vector databases

  • Design agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestrations

  • Integrate and use protocols and tools such as MCP

  • Define best practices for the architecture and industrialization of AI solutions

  • Support the deployment of solutions in Cloud, On-Premise or hybrid environments

  • Contribute to architecture decisions on Azure, GCP or AWS

  • Ensure the security, compliance, performance and cost control of AI solutions

  • Challenge technical choices and propose strategic directions

  • Mentor developers and share best practices

  • Explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical environment
Depending on the project, you may work with the following technologies:

  • Python

  • Java (or other object-oriented languages)

  • Generative AI

  • LLMs

  • RAG

  • Embeddings

  • Vector databases

  • MCP

  • AI agents

  • Multi-agent systems

  • Azure, AWS or GCP

Profile
You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science.
You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years working on Artificial Intelligence topics.
