Venue and access

How do I get to Diagora?

Diagora is in Labège, south-east of Toulouse. Public transport is the way to go: the venue is served by the Tisséo network.

  • From the city centre: metro line B to the Ramonville terminus, then bus 79 to the De Gennes stop, right in front of Diagora. About 40 minutes from Jean-Jaurès.
  • From Toulouse-Blagnac airport: tram T2 to the Palais de Justice terminus, metro line B to Ramonville, then bus 79 to the De Gennes stop. A little over an hour.
  • By car: ring road exit 19 / Labège. Free car parks surround the venue, but they fill up fast.

For a precise route, use the Tisséo journey planner. All the details are on the venue page.

Tickets

What do I need at the entrance?

Your ticket with its QR code, on your phone or printed. It is exchanged for your badge at the reception desk. There may be a security check at the entrance, so allow a little extra time.

Schedule and sessions

What session formats are there?

45-minute talks, 15-minute quickies, 1 h 45 hands-on workshops, and keynotes to open and close the day.

Are the talks in French?

Most of them are. Some are in English: each session shows its language in the programme.

How can I plan my day?

On the schedule, add the sessions you like to your favourites, then export them to your calendar. On the day, the “Next slot” button takes you straight to what comes next.

Are the talks streamed?

Not live. The talks are recorded and published on YouTube a few days to a few weeks after the event. Those of previous editions can be watched on the replays page.

On site

How do I give feedback on a session?

On the day of the event and the day after, a feedback form appears on each talk’s page. It is anonymous; you can also leave a message that only the speaker and the team will read.

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes: every attendee, speaker, sponsor and volunteer agrees to the code of conduct.

Which diets does the lunch cater for?

The lunch we serve is vegan, which suits several diets at once. If yours is not covered, there are several restaurants around Diagora.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, a cloakroom lets you leave your belongings for the day. A map of the venue is also handed out at reception to find the rooms and the sponsor booths.
