Tech Speak'Her
Tech Speak'Her is a non-profit association of women in tech, based in Toulouse, that helps women in tech become conference speakers. Why In France, women hold 17% of digital jobs (Gender Scan 2022, 2020 data). Across the European Union, they make up 19% of ICT specialists (Eurostat, 2023). On tech conference stages, they remain a minority. What we do • meetups in partnership with the other Toulouse tech communities; • the Tremplin ("springboard"), a support programme (workshops, coaching, a pitch night in front of a jury) that takes speakers all the way to the DevFest Toulouse stage; • a public directory of women speakers, for organisers looking for speakers; • articles and "Behind the Scenes" interviews about speakers' paths and what holds women back from speaking. Six speakers from the community are on the DevFest Toulouse 2026 programme. Looking for speakers for a meetup or a conference? The directory is at techspeakher.fr/speakeuses.
