Venue and transportation

The venue is the Centre de Congrès Diagora in Labège.

To go there using public transporation:

  • by train: TER Labège-Innopole station, from the central Toulouse-Matabiau station,

  • by bus: line 79, stop at "De Gennes" or "Village d’Entreprises". The bus line starts at the "Ramonville-Saint-Agne" metro station.

Speaker dinner

It will take place Wednesday Nov 18 at 19:30 in Toulouse downtown at the restaurant "Aux Pieds sous la Table" (Google Maps).

For those staying in Labège

If you arrive in Toulouse late in the afternoon on Wednesday, avoid going to Labège to drop your bags. There's some heavy traffic in the evening and you'll lose some time.

After the speaker dinner we'll take care of transportation to Labège.

Preparing your talk

  • Conferences are 45 minutes long, quickies 15 minutes. Whether you want to keep some time for questions is up to you.

  • Projection resolution is 1080p using HDMI plugs. Bring an adapter if needed, even if we may have some spare ones.

  • A QR code linking to your talk's feedback page is available. You can add it to your slides.

Speaker room: a nice isolated room is there just for you if you want some quiet time.

After party

There's a party at the venue after the conference. We'd love if you can be there!
