Behind the scenes – September 2026 🍂

🗓️ The program is taking shape: the schedule is set

After the CFP deliberation this summer, it's time for the grand Tetris: fitting 46 sessions into one day and into the Diagora rooms. The schedule was built "by hand," with a few golden rules:

  • avoiding two talks on the same theme at the same time, so everyone has something to do all day;

  • not scheduling two talks on the same theme back-to-back in the same room… to get you moving around (and bumping into people in the hallways 😉);

  • reserving the amphitheater and the Agora for the most anticipated sessions;

and above all, respecting our speakers' time constraints.

👉 The full program is online: https://devfesttoulouse.fr/fr/conferences — the detailed schedule will be available very soon!

🎤 Keynotes: the veil is lifting (a little)

We promised you mystery in June, and we're keeping our word… halfway. The closing keynote promises to be centered around AI, but in a creative way: wacky demos, an instrument that will control the tool, games where you'll have your say, and live musical improvisation. Brush up on your movie soundtracks 🎻

For the opening keynote, we'll let you guess a little longer. Hint: a regular on the Toulouse stages, delighted to be back with "the gang."

🤝 Sponsors: the family is growing

September was a very good month for partners! A big thank you to Atos, Onepoint, Softway Medical, Atecna, Decasoft, and Elastic who joined us in recent weeks, alongside our already committed sponsors.

New on the website: each sponsor now has its own space to present its company and job openings. Go check out the partner job offers page 👀

There are still a few booths left! Does your company want to meet 1,200 tech enthusiasts? Email us: sponsors@devfesttoulouse.fr

🎨 Creative & print: 10 years show

Our graphic designer and the creative team are churning out deliverables:

  • the badges are almost ready (and the lanyards have arrived!) ;

  • the lectern visuals have been delivered;

  • Célia is designing a series of special stickers for the 10th anniversary featuring the mascot for… a certain album to complete. We won't say more 🤫

As for entertainment, a photo booth robot will be waiting for you on the day, with a frame in the 10th-anniversary colors (the team's vote is underway!).

🛍️ 10th Anniversary Shop: you choose!

To celebrate the anniversary, DevFest is opening an on-site shop: textiles in the mascot's colors, pins, and other small surprises are being selected.

And because it's your DevFest, you can choose the model via our LinkedIn poll: A magnificent polo shirt or an adorable t-shirt!

Please note that these magnificent collector's items will be in limited quantities!

🎬 Red thread 10 years: action!

We're preparing a 10-year retrospective video with the Magic Focus team, who will also be producing the aftermovie for this edition. To fuel it, we're digging through our archives: venue changes, memorable moments, anecdotes… (If you have any memories or photos from past editions, send them to us!)

In the meantime, dive back into the Hall of Replays, now directly in the website menu: all conferences filmed since 2016, just a click away.

And since the website is a living project: since its redesign this summer, traffic has jumped by +48% compared to the same period last year. Thank you for your visits! 🚀

💚 Our commitments

Computer equipment collection: for the second year, the Emmaüs Agir Digital Workshop will be present all day. Computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones: slip them into your bag (remember to disconnect them from your iCloud or Google account first!). They will be refurbished and then given to people who cannot afford to buy them.

Communities: A dedicated community stand will be one of the new features this year, we'll tell you more very soon. The community track, which worked well last year, is making a comeback. Some meetups are already confirmed: Mobile User Group, Toulouse JUG, Tech Speak'Her, and Toulouse Rust; the last few should be visible soon.

Volunteers: Epitech students will be joining the team on the day. Thank you to them!
